Who we are
This policy explains how Kamini's Kitchen, San Nicolas, Aruba ("we", "us"), handles personal data collected through kaminis-kitchen.com. You can reach us at info@kaminis-kitchen.com or +297 587 1398.
Data we collect
- Order data: name, phone number, email, WhatsApp number, hotel or area, delivery address, order contents and notes (for example allergies).
- Inquiry data: what you write in our contact form, together with your contact details.
- Marketing consent records: your choice for email and for WhatsApp, given separately, plus the date and IP address of your consent.
- Cookie and usage data, only if you accept cookies.
Marketing messages
Consent to email and WhatsApp marketing is optional and separate for each channel. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time, or ask us to delete your data, by writing to info@kaminis-kitchen.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect your orders.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you give cookie consent. If you decline, they are not activated. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings or by clearing your browser data.
Card payments
Online card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. Our website never sees or stores your card number. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers who help us run the business: our website host Hostinger, Stripe for payments, and our restaurant POS system, to which order data may be passed so that your order can be prepared. Analytics and advertising providers receive data only if you consent to cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed. Order records are kept for the period required by accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data, such as inquiries, is kept only as long as needed for its purpose.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data and deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@kaminis-kitchen.com and we will reply as soon as reasonably possible. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
